The Big Bang Fair is all about making sure that young people have access to the best science, technology, engineering and maths careers material and information possible. If you have any extra careers material that you would like to include, so that young people and teachers can download or view this before, during or after the event, please upload it below. Note, the maximum file size for uploads is 5MB and acceptable file formats are jpg, word doc, PDF or Gif. You can also share your YouTube careers materials with us or direct us (and users) towards careers resource links. Please ensure that you have the rights to use all of this material before you choose to share it.

All adults consent to the on-site photography, video recording and broadcast terms and conditions. Photography and video recording of children will be used for marketing and promotional purposes by The Big Bang and our partners only.

Any individuals who wish to be excluded from photography, video recording and broadcast must inform the organisers on the contact details below or at the registration desk when they arrive.

1. The Big Bang and our authorised partners may use or broadcast all representations or part representations of you, your children, children in your care, your staff and your pupils' participation in The Fair including the work created by them during engagement with any activity for any and all purposes of The Big Bang (including ongoing publicity) in perpetuity across all media now or hereafter known, to include but not be limited to TV, radio, online (including 3rd party websites), mobile and related media.

2. The Big Bang may document all participation in through photography, audio, and video and use such material responsibly for publicity and for broadcast purposes in relation to The Big Bang across all media, as outlined above. You agree that The Big Bang's use of such material will not amount to any infringement by The Big Bang or our authorised partners of any recognised right of privacy. You agree to be responsible for ensuring all parents consent to their being captured in photography, audio and video, or to inform The Big Bang of any pupil that cannot be filmed. Participant names are not disclosed. However entry will not be permitted to The Big Bang without this consent.

I confirm that all the information in this submission is correct to the best of my knowledge, that all questions related to the activity have been accurately and fully answered. I understand that any omission or misrepresentation may render me liable to compensation claims for all expenses incurred on by The Big Bang in delivery of this activity at The Fair.

I give my consent for the EngineeringUK and Big Bang Education CIC to record, process and validate this information in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all other legislative provisions. I give my consent for this information to be kept on file for use and distribution to partner organisations for the specific purpose of contacting me for other similar educational engagement initiatives. If selected to attend The Big Bang I confirm that this information can be used by the EngineeringUK and Big Bang Education CIC for the purposes of marketing my activity and for promoting The Big Bang Fair.

The trademark BIG BANG is the property of Big Bang Limited and is used here under license. EngineeringUK and Big Bang Education CIC reserve the right to withdraw or restrict participation in this call for activities at any time. EngineeringUK and Big Bang Education CIC reserve the right to alter or change the submission requirements at any time without notice.

We also reserved the right to edit any of your descriptive text for reasons of grammar, sense or style.
