With so much to do at The Big Bang's events it’s important for visitors to understand, amongst all the fun and excitement, the bigger messaging about the kinds of careers that studying science and maths can lead to.

To ensure that visitors to The Big Bang's events leave understanding just what scientists, engineers and mathematicians actually do – and how they could follow in their footsteps - we provide a series of activities and resources designed to highlight career opportunities and routes to those careers. We get students (and their parents and teachers) thinking about what jobs in science and engineering are really like, and how they might make the ideas they get from visiting The Big Bang 's events a reality.
