Bring along a school group

At The Big Bang Fair London, not only will your students have a great day out but they will also find out about the many opportunities studying STEM subjects can offer.

Westminster Kingsway College will be demonstrating the many vocational approaches to STEM to really engage and inspire students, while a wide range of local and international businesses and organisations will  present their cutting-edge work in STEM.

Visiting students can also see what their peers are up to in the many school-created projects that will be on show.

For more information call the Westminster Kingsway College team on 0870 0609800 or email events@herncommunications.co.uk

Get your students competing

The Big Bang Fair London offers a unique opportunity for students to enter a STEM competition.

The National Science and Engineering Competition is designed to encourage all students to have a go. Any student, or team of students, aged 11-18, is welcome to enter a STEM-based project; whether it has been created for another competition, in an after-school club, in class or as a piece of coursework.

There is no selection process for the regional Big Bang fairs so all students who enter will have their project on show at Big Bang London. 10 finalists from Big Bang London will go on to compete at the National Big Bang 2013 for a number of amazing prizes including cash sums, trophies, medals and trips abroad.

For more information on competing at Big Bang visit http://www.thebigbangfair.co.uk/nearme/why_enter.cfm or email events@herncommunications.co.uk with any questions.
