The Big Bang Fair is delivered by Big Bang Education CIC (a subsidiary of Engineering UK) in conjuction with the British Science Association, Young Engineers, Inspiring Futures, Grass Roots Event Production, and Grass Roots Delegate Management Services. All of these partners work closely with volunteers.
Upon registering as a volunteer for The Big Bang, your details will be submitted to Engineering UK. If you are designated a role that is coordinated on-site by another agency, whether the British Science Association, Inspiring Futures, Grassroots Events Management, or DMS delegate management services, your contact details and any relevant background will be passed to this agency.
Your personal information will be kept confidential within the delivery partners of The Big Bang Fair, and will never be released externally without your prior permission.
For information, the British Science Association will coordinate the Competitor Care Volunteers; Inspiring Futures will coordinate the Career Networking group; Grass Roots Event Production have some involvement with General Volunteers, and Registration Assistants will be working with Grass Roots Delegate Management Services. Other groups of volunteers are coordinated by Big Bang Education CIC staff.
At all times, Big Bang Education CIC's policies and procedures (as they relate to volunteers) will apply.
