Dr Matt Pritchard, of Lab Monkey Productions, will be bringing this show to The Big Bang West Midlands 2012.

Matt is an award-winning magician, comedian and science communicator. He aims to inspire and inform with his performances and has conducted hundreds of science workshops, talks and shows.

Matt will be speaking and also presenting awards at The Big Bang West Midlands 2012. 

Matt is a highly enthusiastic mathematician whose life goal is to make people more excited about Maths. Matt talks about maths for organisations including the Royal Institution and the BBC and his favourite number is currently 496.

 

Activities and workshops

Activities and workshops at The Fair will be provided by the Institute of Physics, Mathsjam, Lego, Go Motorsport and the Black Country Living Museum. There will also be some incredible engineering and a Forensic Linguistics workshop from Aston University. We also hope to have Lab in a Lorry coming along and more to be confirmed...
